For the Property:
The property must be within the boundaries of the urban area
The minimum completion of construction work for the property is 25% of the buildings.
The land area shall not be less than 200 square metres.
The age of the property should not exceed 3 years from the start of construction.
The property must be free of any legal burdens or lawsuits (mortgage, heirs, etc.).
